Find a Real Estate AgentPosted by: Finlay Hewitt | Posted on: October 12, 2019
It is important for you to find the right person to sell your home on your behalf. That means you are looking for a highly skilled negotiator.
This is my step-by-step to find the perfect real estate agent from the point of view of home sellers who have been through the process many times. You can find homes for sale in Colorado from various web sources.
1. Make a list of qualities you look for in an agent.
Sounds simple enough, and it was. This exercise makes it very clear in your mind what you expect and help you understand your property more. If you sell your home with a partner then this step also puts you all on the same page.

2. Millionaire Mindset
Doing research in your area and gather some statistics and determine the nature of currently enrolled, what price they are asking, etc. The test is comparable to your home with other homes that sold in the area. What is the point of difference between the property and the market? This will give a good indication of the value of the property.
3. Independent Assessment
Get independent property value, not someone recommended from your bank, to conduct the assessment on the property. The Independent property appraiser has no ulterior motive but to do what they get paid to do the value of your property.
4. Find an Agent
Get on the real estate website and search for listings in your area and make a note that they are registered with. You will soon establish who the leading seller agent for your area is. But do not settle for just them. It is important to interview at least two to three real estate agents to compare.
